Refunds & Returns Policy

OUR POLICY
This page informs you of our policy regarding refunds or returns for products sold on the https://www.benweverphotography.com.au website.

Products sold on this website will either be a digital download JPEG file or JPEG & TIFF files pre-loaded onto a physical USB flash drive and mailed to the address provided at the point of sale.

Please read my Refund Policy before making any purchases from this website. If you do not agree with our Refund Policy we ask that you do not purchase from this website.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
I do not accept refunds or returns of any kind, once an image has been sent to my customer there is no way for me to control the digital duplication and or distributing of my photos.

I will however accept returns on a physical USB flash drive only if the drive itself is proven to be faulty. If this does occur I will need to physically inspect the drive before offering a full refund.

Note: The shipping of the USB flash drive is to be paid by the customer whereby I will refund them the shipping and then pay for the shipping costs to send back a replacement drive.

CHANGE OF MIND
If you have purchased an image in error or wish to change the image you have purchased you can request an exchange within 24 hours from place of order. Requests after this time will be refused.

PRODUCT EXPIRY
Note that all JPEG images purchased via digital download will be available for continuous download for one year from place of order. After such time the original download link will expire and will no longer be available.

High resolution images that are purchased are sent via ‘We Transfer’ and will only be available for one month. I strongly advise all of my customers to download and backup your high resolution images as soon as you purchase them.

I do not offer a free archiving service, if you wish to have a physical copy of the image(s) that you purchase please select the High Resolution TIFF Image (Without Watermark) from the buying options per product.

SECURITY
If a refund is approved, credit card debits will be authorised via the same payment method used for the initial purchase. Refunds will be processed via our secure gateway & merchant portals only. We can only credit funds back onto the same card that was used for the initial transaction. We use SecurePay for our secure online payments. We do not use PayPal or Stripe for our online payments.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update our Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on this page.

You are advised to review this Refund Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Refund Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
